Ciao from the Culture Guru in Italy,

I’m a Canadian Art Educator, Curator and Museum Educator living in Verona, Italy for the past 25 years. So my life here is all about art, culture, food, wine, exhibitions, walking, talking, plants, travelling and creative hobbying like furniture making and decorating, jewellrey and cushion making…I do it all!

I teach Visual Arts in an International School after spending 20 years running and organizing blockbuster exhibitions of Modern and Contemporary Art. I write about art, make it, live it, teach it. But I drink wine and that makes it even easier!

I feel, now that my birthday is around the corner, that one’s life must become uncluttered with past thoughts, objects, things, energies, passions. I am a person who collects everything and all my passions, which are many, continue to grow and I don’t know how to organize them. This blog is becoming my seive, where I can enter all my energies so that I can become calm and look and open myself to new experiences. So this blog is like my diary, my collection of thoughts, muses and knowledge. And I want to share to share it with you.

Check out all my exhibition reviews of art from all over the world! If you want me to review your exhibit, send me your stuff.
ciao until the next session,

Jennifer

Jenny…I love this blog. Did you change it recently? It is so very interesting and will take me many hours to look through it. Of course, the first thing I checked out was Gustave Klimt…my favorite artist. I think I told you that our Book Club will be reviewing The Painted Kiss by Elizabth Hickey on this coming Wednesday. I have all my Klimpt Art Books ready for the ladies to see his wonderful art…..Keep up the good work.
